Jiayue: Our standard package is OPP bag. Other package options are available upon request.

Jiayue: We can do lots of special effects such as 3D surface, hinged, pin-on-pin fixed, pin-on-pin slide, pin-on-pin spinner, translucent, translucent-cut out(stained glass),pearlescent, glitters, laser, glow in dark-green/blue/red/yellow, etc. Below are just a few for reference:

Jiayue: The standard turnaround time is within 2-3 weeks after your artwork(mock-up) is approved. Should you have urgent order,  we can also arrange rush production.

Jiayue: Yes, during production, we take photos to update you the latest progress. When they are ready for shipping out, photos will also be taken for your approval.

Jiayue: As photos are taken for customers’ checking during production, normally we don’t prepare samples before mass production, which saves production time. Of course upon your request, we can also make samples and take photos and/or send to you for approval before mass production.

Jiayue: Our standard payment policy is full payment before mass production. For first order, 50% advance payment and the rest 50% to be paid before delivery is also acceptable.

PayPal is our preferred payment method. Bank T/T transfer, Western Union,etc. are also acceptable.

Jiayue: FedEx International Priority is our default delivery method. FedEx International Economy is also available for freight cost sensitive customers. Other carriers such as DHL, TNT, EMS, etc are acceptable too.

It normally takes 3-5 working days for FedEx International Priority to send them to your hands from our factory.

Surely, most of our customers put specific back logo for their pins. We also encourage you to do this to rise your brand reputation.

Jiayue: You don’t need to pay the mold fee again when re-order your pins and coins,etc.

Jiayue: Based on products nature, our factory can carry out hard enamel, soft enamel, die struck, die cast, offset printed, silk screen printed,etc different production processes.

Jiayue: Pantone solid coated colors are the standard colors used in our factory.

1 Your design:Vector graphics preferred. If no such file, other formats such as jpeg, pdf are also acceptable.

2 Max size in mm or inches:Jiayue is able to manufacture pins, coins and medals with all size you needed.

3 Process: For enamel pins, please specify hard enamel or soft enamel.

4 Plating: Jiayue is able to carry out most plating, details please refer to question below.

5 Back logo requirement: If need back logo, please let us know your design and requirements;

6 Qty: 100 pcs is our standard minimum qty. The bigger quantity, the lower price.

7 Delivery address: This address decides the FedEx freight cost;

8 Telephone number: FedEx need your telephone number for delivery contact.
